Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On iOS: Settings app → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Easeful. From there you can cancel, change plans, or turn off auto-renew.
You'll keep paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data stays intact — nothing is deleted.
Refunds for App Store purchases are processed by Apple, not us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Yes. Your journal entries, mood logs, and conversations are encrypted, scoped to your account, and never used to train public AI models. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Easeful is offline-first — your data is saved locally and syncs when a connection returns. If it's been stuck for a while, try: close the app, reopen it, and pull down on the Home screen to refresh.
