Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Easeful on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately, and permanently within 30 days (including backups).
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email [email protected]
from the email address on your account with the subject line
"Delete my account". We will verify your identity and permanently delete your
account within 30 days. No reason required.
What gets deleted: your profile, journal entries, mood logs, AI conversations, garden state, activity logs, notification tokens, and any saved preferences.
What isn't deleted

Apple subscription records remain with Apple even after we delete your
account. Cancel your subscription in
Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Easeful before deleting.

Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (e.g., "X people completed a breath
today") cannot be reversed. These numbers have no link back to you personally.

Minimal legal/audit records may be retained where required by law — e.g.,
fraud-prevention records from our payment processor.
Just want a break?
You don't have to delete your account to step away. You can simply log out, turn off
notifications, or uninstall the app. Your data remains in place until you ask us to delete
it.
